Dr. Matsuoka is Executive Officer of Panasonic Holdings Corporation, where she is responsible for global innovation and new businesses. Prior to joining Panasonic, Dr. Matsuoka brought her distinct mission-driven approaches to leading technology giants. Most recently she served as Vice President in Google's healthcare organization, and before that as Chief Technology Officer at Google/Nest. Prior to Nest, she was head of innovation and co-founder of Google X, the company’s research and development lab. She has also served in a senior executive role at Apple and was Chief Executive Officer of Quanttus, a wearable health technology startup.

Before her work in Silicon Valley, Dr. Matsuoka was an endowed professor at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Washington with expertise in the areas of AI, robotics and neuroscience. During her tenure, she founded and directed the NSF ERC Center for Sensorimotor Neural Engineering and the Neurobotics Laboratory to create devices to restore the human body's capabilities for sensation and movement. Dr. Matsuoka received the MacArthur Genius Award for her work in robotics and neuroscience. With this grant, she founded YokyWorks Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with physical and learning challenges.

Dr. Matsuoka received her Ph.D. and S.M. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her B.S. at the University of California, Berkeley, all in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She was featured on Forbes’ 50 over 50: Innovation list and Inc.’s Top Female Founders list in 2023. She is regularly featured in top news outlets including Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, Financial Times, TechCrunch and Wired. She resides in the Bay area with her family.

Former Executive Vice President, Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics, Abbott

Ms. Wainer is a seasoned healthcare industry business leader with nearly 30 years of experience. Her expertise includes leading multinational businesses in unique environments with a focus on accelerated growth and business strategy to drive long-term sustainability.

Ms. Wainer served as Executive Vice President, Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics, at Abbott Laboratories (Abbott) from 2019 through February 2025. In this role, she led three innovative businesses across a global footprint: one focused on molecular diagnostics and the analysis of DNA and RNA at the molecular level, the second a provider of rapid point-of-care diagnostics, and the third delivers a leading hand-held point-of-care-device. Each of these offers products that provide clinicians with actionable information that can contribute to better clinical, operational and economic outcomes.

During her tenure, she led the Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics business in the development, manufacturing, and management of the leading COVID-19 testing business and delivered on innovation, bringing to market a number of products that save and improve lives.

Ms. Wainer joined Abbott in 1997 and served in a variety of roles within the company’s pharmaceuticals business, including divisional vice president and general manager, renal care. She also led the Animal Health business, and served as President, Molecular Diagnostics before taking on leadership of the Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics portfolio.

In addition to ADI, Ms. Wainer currently serves on the Board of Directors of Neogen Corporation. She also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Goodman Theatre, Chicago, IL.

Ms. Wainer earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the John M. Olin School of Business, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, and her Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Peter B. Henry

Dr. Henry has served as the Class of 1984 Senior Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution and a Senior Fellow at Stanford’s Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies since September 2022. Previously, Dr. Henry served at New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business as William R. Berkley Professor of Economics and Finance from January 2018 through August 2022 and as Dean from January 2010 through December 2017.  Before that, Dr. Henry was the Konosuke Matsushita Professor of International Economics at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where his early research was funded by a National Science Foundation CAREER Award. 

Dr. Henry currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Citigroup and NIKE, Inc., and as Chair of the Board of the National Bureau of Economic Research. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of General Electric Company, Kraft Foods Inc., and Kraft Foods Group, Inc. as well as the Economic Club of New York. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

In addition, Dr. Henry leads the Ph.D. Excellence Initiative, a post-baccalaureate program designed to address underrepresentation in economics by mentoring exceptional students from underrepresented backgrounds interested in pursuing doctoral studies in the field. For his founding and leadership of the Ph.D. Excellence Initiative, Dr. Henry received the 2022 Impactful Mentoring Award from the American Economic Association. 

Dr. Henry has published groundbreaking articles in top economics journals that evaluate the impact of economic reform on asset prices, investment, wages, and economic growth. His current research on the global infrastructure challenge builds on the scholarship in his book, Turnaround: Third World Lessons for First World Growth (Basic Books, 2013), which addresses questions of economic efficiency as well as international relations, with the aim of increasing awareness of the interconnected fortunes of advanced and developing nations.   

Dr. Henry received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and a Ph.D. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Stephen Jennings

Prior to joining our Board, Mr. Jennings served as a senior Strategy Principal at Deloitte, LLP, and as a member of both of Deloitte’s U.S. Board of Directors and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu’s Global Board of Directors prior to his retirement in June 2023. Prior to Deloitte, Mr. Jennings was the Managing Partner and a Board member of Monitor Group, where he led the global strategy firm from 2006 to 2012 and positioned the company for its successful acquisition by Deloitte in 2013. Mr. Jennings’ previous Board experience also includes AspenTech, where he served as the Chair of the Board for eight years of his tenure. He also served as a member of the board at LTX-Credence, a semiconductor test equipment manufacturer, as well as on various LTX Board committees over his 15-year tenure.

Over more than 30 years as a senior advisor at Deloitte and Monitor Group, Mr. Jennings held executive leadership roles and significantly grew the firms’ automotive, life sciences, healthcare, and U.S. hospitality sector practices. He is a trusted advisor to Global Fortune 500 C-suite executives and Boards of Directors, offering deep corporate governance experience and expertise in enterprise growth, innovation, M&A, organization transformations, and strategy. While at Deloitte, Mr. Jennings served as a senior member of Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness.

In addition to ADI, Mr. Jennings serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee of International Workplace Group plc.

Mr. Jennings earned a B.A. in Economics at Dartmouth College and a B.A. from Oxford University, where he studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics as a Marshall Scholar.

Mr. Andonian is Chief Executive Officer of Andonian Advisory Pte. Ltd., a consulting firm he founded in March 2022 that provides board and executive level advisory services to both public and private companies. He has served as Senior Partner Emeritus at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company since June 2022. He was previously a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and most recently the Managing Partner of South Korea. During his almost 35 years with McKinsey, he held various executive leadership roles across Europe, the US and Asia, more than doubling the size of McKinsey’s practice in Japan and building Advanced Industries into a multi-billion-dollar practice.  

He has over 30 years of experience in consulting companies across the Semiconductors, Industrials & Electronics, Automotive & Assembly, and Aerospace & Defense industries on strategic, operational, and organizational topics. He has extensive experience in transforming companies into global leaders and in the assessment and development of talent. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Andonian gained operational experience at Masco Corporation in the US and IBM in Austria, Spain and the Middle East. 

In addition to ADI, Mr. Andonian serves on the Board of Directors of AEM Holdings Ltd. 

Mr. Andonian was a Fulbright Scholar at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, where he received his MBA with distinction, and holds an M.A. and a B.A. in Social and Economic Sciences, as well as a B.Sc in Telecom Engineering & Electronics.

Ms. Johnson is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate development, corporate governance, management, and operations. Over her tenure, she has served as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Intersil Corporation, a semiconductor company; as Vice President and CFO at Tri Alpha Energy (now TAE Technologies, Inc.), a fusion power company; as Senior Vice President and CFO at Avago Technologies (now Broadcom Inc.), a semiconductor manufacturing company; and as Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO at Lam Research, a global supplier of wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

In addition to ADI, Ms. Johnson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Synopsys, Inc. and Teradyne, Inc. and previously served on the Boards of Maxim Integrated, Juniper Networks, Micron Technology Storage Technology Corporation and Millicom International Cellular SA.

Ms. Johnson received her degree in Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1977.

Ms. Golz is a retired partner from Ernst & Young (EY), a public accounting firm, where she held various senior leadership roles during her 40-year tenure, most recently as Global Vice Chair, Japan from 2016 to 2017 and Global Vice Chair, Professional Practice from 2010 to 2016. She also served on EY’s Global Risk Management Executive Committee, which was charged with risk management across EY’s global network. In addition to accounting and audit expertise, she has extensive experience helping large organizations successfully navigate the complexities of international trade and regulation. She currently serves as Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group’s Audit and Risk Committee and as a Principal for K.M. Golz Associates, LLC, a consulting services company. 

In addition to ADI, Ms. Golz serves on the Board of Directors of iROBOT Corporation and on the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois Foundation. Ms. Golz is also a member of the Center for Audit Quality's Audit Committee Council.

Ms. Golz was named Distinguished Alumnus of the University of Illinois, Gies College of Business in 2017. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow and also earned the NACD CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University. Ms. Golz was recognized by Women Inc. magazine as a 2019 Most Influential Corporate Director.

Ms. Golz earned her B.S. degree in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and is a certified public accountant licensed in several jurisdictions.

    As Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors, Vincent Roche leads ADI to deliver high value intelligent edge solutions to several of humanity’s most pressing challenges in areas such as advanced manufacturing, healthcare, sustainable energy, communications, and transportation. Mr. Roche has extended ADI’s prominence in the high-performance analog sector through an unyielding commitment to applied innovation, customer centricity, and operational excellence.

    Under Mr. Roche’s leadership, ADI has executed several acquisitions, including Maxim Integrated in 2022, Linear Technology Corporation in 2017 and Hittite Microwave Corporation in 2014, growing annual revenues from $2.7 billion in fiscal 2012 to $12 billion in fiscal 2022. Mr. Roche is the third CEO and second Board Chair to lead ADI since its founding in 1965. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility over his tenure. He was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, appointed CEO in 2013, and elected Chair in 2022. 

    Mr. Roche also serves on the Board of Directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association and the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board, and is a member of the Massachusetts High Tech Leadership Council. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc.

    Mr. Roche holds a B.S. degree in Electronic Systems and an honorary Doctor of Science (Eng.) from the University of Limerick in Ireland. He was recognized by Forbes in 2019 as one of America’s Most Innovative Leaders while also being a recipient of the 2021 SFI Science Medal for his contributions in support of the scientific and technological ecosystems in Ireland.

    Since September 2022, Dr. Frank has been the Executive Chair of Gradient Technologies, an Identity and Access Management cybersecurity startup. Prior to Gradient, Dr. Frank was co-founder and CEO of Cloud Parity Inc., a voice of the customer startup. Before founding Cloud Parity, Dr. Frank was the Vice President, Macintosh Hardware Systems Engineering at Apple Inc., where he led the development of four generations of Macintosh laptop and desktop computers. Prior to Apple, Dr. Frank served as Corporate Vice President, Research and Development, of Broadcom Corp, where he was a principal in its development and marketing of Wi-Fi. Dr. Frank joined Broadcom following its acquisition of Epigram, a company he co-founded, and where he served as Executive Vice President. Earlier in his career he was a Distinguished Engineer at Sun Microsystems. He is a named inventor on over 50 patents. 

    In addition to ADI, Dr. Frank serves on the Boards of Directors of Rocket Lab USA, Inc., and SiTime Corporation and was previously on the Boards of Directors of Cavium, Inc., Quantenna Communications Inc., Fusion-IO, Inc and Marvell Technology, Inc. 

    Dr. Frank holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from Stanford University. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was a Hertz Foundation Fellow. Dr. Frank has been a Trustee of Carnegie Mellon University for over twenty years. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Metallica's All Within My Hands Foundation, where he was the Founding Executive Director. Dr. Frank is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

    Ray Stata

      Mr. Stata co-founded ADI in 1965 to focus on high-performance signal processing technology, initially targeting operational amplifiers but later expanding to other linear integrated circuits (IC) and digital signal processors (DSP). Mr. Stata served as ADI’s President from 1971 to 1991, as Chief Executive Officer from 1973 to 1996, as Chair of our Board of Directors from 1973 to March 2022, and continues to serve on our Board of Directors today. 

      Mr. Stata is active in the high technology industry and in public service, including being the co-founder and the first President of the Massachusetts High Technology Council, a Board member of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) from 1996 to 2013, and serving from 1987 to 2005 on the Executive Committee of the Council on Competitiveness. 

      He is the recipient of many prestigious awards including the Semiconductor Industry Association's Robert M. Noyce Award for Leadership (2001), IEEE Founder's Medal (2003), EE Times “Lifetime Achievement” award (2008), Dr. Morris Chang Exemplary Leadership Award from the Global Semiconductor Alliance (2017) and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland (2018).

      Mr. Stata holds a BSEE and MSEE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has remained actively involved with his alma mater over the years, including serving until 2010 on the Executive Committee of the MIT Corporation and as Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. In 1984 Mr. Stata was elected to MIT’s Corporation and served as a member of its Executive Committee until 2010. From 1987-1988 Mr. Stata served as President of the MIT Alumni Association. 

      Outside of the high technology industry, Mr. Stata is an active philanthropist and contributor to the community in which he lives.
