Vincent Roche to Succeed Ray Stata as Chair of Analog Devices in 2022

WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2022-- Analog Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADI) today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed President and CEO Vincent Roche as Chair of the Board, effective as of the date of ADI’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Roche will succeed Ray Stata, who has served as Chair of the Board since 1973 and will become only the second Chair in ADI’s history. Stata will stand for reelection as a director at ADI’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
