Analog Devices Ranked Among Top 100 Greenest Companies by Newsweek
The Newsweek Green Rankings grade the 500 largest public U.S. companies on their environmental impact, including greenhouse gas emissions, waste emissions and use of other natural resources, as well as environmental strategy, policy, management, and reputation. ADI ranked 19 among companies in the technology sector and 92 overall on
the 2012 Newsweek Green Rankings list, moving up from 209 overall
in 2011. The Newsweek Green Rankings was compiled by comparing
the actual environmental footprints, management policies, programs,
initiatives, and reporting practices of companies based in

the result of our ongoing commitment to sustainability," said
Newsweek evaluates annually the environmental performance of America's 500 largest publicly traded companies and 500 largest companies internationally. To produce the 2012 Green Rankings, Newsweek collaborated with leading environmental research providers, Trucost and Sustainalytics, to assess each company's environmental footprint, management of that footprint, and transparency.
